From the North on Route 134: Coming down Route 134, go South on Route 134 past the traffic light at Upper County Road. Proceed down towards Route 28. We are the third building on the left prior to the traffic light at the intersection of Route 134 and Route 28. It is a grey and white office building, #38. The sign in the front of the building will display Dr. Frank Puzio.
From Route 28: Coming from the East, make a right turn onto Route 134. From the West, make a left onto Route 134. After the traffic light at the intersection of Route 28 and Route 134, we are the third building on the right. It is a grey and white office building, #38. From the East on Route 6: Take Route 6 West to Exit 11. Go left off ramp onto Route 137. Follow 137 to the light at the intersection of Routes 137 & 39. Puzio Eye Care Associates
 FRANK D. PUZIO, O.D., F.A.A.O.
PROFILE
Dr. Frank Puzio began his professional optometric career on Cape Cod in 1974. With his son Matthew, he maintains two practices, one in South Dennis and the other in East Harwich.
Over the years Dr. Puzio’s practice has been featured in national eye care journals, he has lectured extensively across the country, has authored numerous eye care articles, and holds patents on eye care instrumentation. Dr. Puzio was the founder of an innovative software company called OPIS.
 Today, its products are some of the most widely used software programs in eye care, including electronic medical records, ExamWriter. Dr. Puzio sold his company to Marchon Software Solutions in 1998 and is currently retained as an author, designer and consultant.
Technology has been the cornerstone of Dr. Puzio’s career. He was the first to bring computerized auto-refraction, computerized refraction, retinal photography, corneal topography, electronic medical records, digital retinal imaging, and optical coherence tomography to optometry on Cape Cod.

 MATTHEW S. PUZIO, O.D.
PROFILE
In 2006, Dr. Matthew Puzio joined his father’s South Dennis, and East Harwich practices. Before partnering in the Cape Cod practices, Dr. Matthew completed fellowships in contact lenses, vision therapy and sports vision.
He specializes in advanced contact lens fitting, including lenses for astigmatism, bifocal contact lenses, and corneal refractive therapy.
Dr. Matthew Puzio’s fellowship training concentrated on ocular disease treatment modalities including, but not limited to, macular degeneration, dry eye conditions, glaucoma, post-operative, and geriatric care.
Dr. Matthew Puzio is pleased to become a partner of Puzio Eye Care Associates in the continued goal to provide excellence in eye care to Cape Cod residents.
